, have announced a partnership to revolutionise senior care through innovative, customised technology solutions. This collaboration will combine Boat’s expertise in wearable and audio technology with Antara’s deep understanding of the needs of senior citizens. The two companies will co-create innovative, customised devices designed to improve the health, safety, and overall quality of life for seniors.

The partnership agreement was formally signed by Sameer Mehta, co-founder and CEO of Boat, and Ishaan Khanna, CEO of Antara Assisted Care Services.

Antara’s AGEasy platform focuses on enhancing the quality of life for seniors by addressing common health challenges such as joint pain, respiratory rehabilitation, and fall-risk management. The platform integrates product innovation, expert assistance, and user-friendly technology to empower seniors to effectively manage chronic conditions.

Key features will include built-in fall detection and alerts, emergency response and SOS alerts, and location tracking to facilitate rapid assistance in emergencies. Real-time health tracking for vital signs such as heart rate, SpO2, and sleep patterns will be included, along with remote monitoring capabilities for family members and caregivers.
