Warangal: The foundation stone for a new bridge, laid by Panchayat Raj Minister Seethakka in Eturnagaram mandal of Mulugu district, has been vandalized by unidentified miscreants. The bridge planned across the Jampanna Vagu to connect Dolda and Malyala villages, has seen no progress since the foundation was laid on March 16 last year.

The project, estimated to cost Rs. 9.50 lakh, was intended to address long-standing connectivity issues. However, locals, frustrated by the 10-month delay, continue to face challenges in daily commutes and access to essential services.

The recent vandalism has added to public skepticism about the project's completion. Concerned officials have pledged to investigate the incident and assured the public that the bridge will be constructed within a specified timeline.
