If you want a fused version of Kyurem, you’ll need to nab Volt Fusion Energy and Blaze Fusion Energy in Pokémon Go.

You can mainly grab this from doing raids against Black and White Kyurem, but Niantic has a few codes to net you free fusion energy to give you a bit of a boost ahead of the Go Tour: Unova event.

Below, we explain how to get Volt Fusion Energy and Blaze Fusion energy in Pokémon Go, and list the active codes for doing so.

Free Volt Fusion Energy and Blaze Fusion Energy codes

As a promotion for the Pokémon Go YouTube channels, Niantic is revealing codes to give away Volt and Blaze Fusion Energy so long as the accounts in question gain at least 2,000 followers per day from Feb. 24-27. The codes get added the next day and are as follows:

We’ll update this guide as more are revealed. We’re not sure when these codes expire, so make sure to redeem them as soon as you can.

If you’re looking for more codes this week, you can three Incarnate Forme research codes which expire when the event wraps, so the sooner you redeem and progress each one, the better.

Outside of codes, the only other way to get the fusion energy is to take part in the Go Tour: Unova event on March 1 and 2. Specifically, you’ll need to do the following to get more energy:

  • Take on raids against Black Kyurem to get Volt Fusion Energy and raids against White Kyurem to get Blaze Fusion Energy.
  • Complete the “It’s Not Over Yet” Special Research to get 1,000 fusion energy for the fusion of your choosing. The research will unlock on March 1 at 10 a.m. in your local time.

Those who attended the in-person Go Tour: Unova events in Los Angeles and Taipei very likely already have a collection of fusion energy, with other players getting the same opportunities during the global version of the event, as mentioned above.
