Khushi Kapoor is all set to make her big-screen
Bollywood debut
with
Loveyapa
, starring alongside Junaid Khan. At The Indian Express event in New Delhi on Tuesday, the young actress shared a lighthearted revelation about her father, renowned producer Boney Kapoor. Despite having two daughters at home, Khushi amusingly declared that her father is actually the “biggest diva.”
Khushi said, “He is the star of the house, in my opinion. He is bigger than all of us. He is the biggest diva, actor—everything, it’s him.”
She went on to share a hilarious anecdote from Boney Kapoor’s cameo in
Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar
, which starred Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. Khushi revealed that her father took his role quite seriously—so much so that he packed an astonishing 13 suitcases for the shoot.
She said, “He played a role in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. He didn’t have many scenes in the film. He had to shoot in Delhi, and suddenly, I saw 13 large suitcases being moved from his closet. I realized he had packed his entire wardrobe for the film. He wore his own clothes on screen. When I visited him on set, he was dressed in the exact outfit he wears at home, with his boy standing next to him. I thought, ‘Is he on a movie set, or is he just chilling at home?’ He is the most relaxed and luxurious person I have ever met.”
