OPG Mobility, formerly Okaya EV, unveiled the highly anticipated Ferrato ‘DEFY 22’ at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, showcasing its vision for a sustainable, innovative future in mobility. Available at an introductory price of INR 99,999 (Ex-showroom), the new electric scooter promises to elevate the riding experience with exceptional power, performance, and style.
Pre-bookings for the Ferrato DEFY 22 commenced on January 17, 2025, with a nominal deposit of INR 499. The scooter comes equipped with advanced features, including a 7-inch touchscreen display with a music feature, 12-inch alloy wheels, and a Combi Disc Brake System, ensuring a smooth and safe ride. With a motor power of 1200W and peak power of 2500W, coupled with a 72V 30Ah LFP battery, the scooter can achieve a top speed of 70 km/h and a range of 80 km* on a single charge. Verified by ICAT, the DEFY 22 is designed for efficiency and reliability, with a durable, weatherproof charger and battery that are built to perform under various conditions.
The scooter is available in seven striking dual-tone color options, offering customization to suit diverse customer preferences. Its sleek design, combined with a dual footboard level to enhance rider posture, makes it an ideal choice for students, working professionals, and families alike.
